Senior Designer

What you can expect

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Designer. This is to help shape the look and tone of Zoom and support our diverse and global user base. In this role, you will lead large-scale design projects, ensuring that every visual element enhances accessibility, user experience, and business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including marketing, engineering, product, and leadership.

Our design team creates web experiences that balance creativity and business goals. We collaborate closely across functions to deliver cohesive solutions. We exist to shape Zoom's user experience and drive product impact.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and execution of accessible, brand-aligned digital experiences across Zoom's web ecosystem.

• Maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and inclusivity.

• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging, high-performing web experiences.

• Applying responsive design and UX best practices to improve usability for all users.

• Creating digital assets that communicate Zoom's value and drive engagement.

• Mentoring designers and fostering a collaborative, inclusive creative culture.

What we're looking for

• Hold further education in Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrate experience designing digital experiences for web or SaaS environments with a robust, user-centered portfolio.

• Apply knowledge of responsive and inclusive design principles to create scalable systems.

• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) to deliver high-quality design assets.

• Communicate design rationale clearly and present work effectively to diverse stakeholders.

• Combine storytelling, branding, and visual design to create cohesive user experiences.

• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to inspire innovation.

• Provide mentorship and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$98 900,00

Maximum:

$228 700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
