divh2Mail Document Processor, Associate / h2pThe Mail Document Processor, Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, handling all incoming NJM, policyholder, and claim related correspondence. They are responsible for ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction according to company standards with regard to timeliness, accuracy, availability, document identification, data entry and quality review of scanned documents. Key tasks include sorting incoming mail, operating various types of scanners for the creation of electronic documents, and data entry. / ppThis role does require working in the NJM-Hammonton office. / ppSchedule : Mon-Fri 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 15 PM. / ppstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities : / strong / pulliAbility to sort all incoming mail (both physical and electronic) accurately and identify documents according to pre-established business rules within a designated timeframe. / liliAbility to operate department scan equipment to produce high-quality images and understand how to adjust scanned images using NJMs capture software (i.e., rotating, deleting, splitting, and moving pages). / liliAbility to complete document classification and data entry requirements based on department procedures and business rules. / liliAbility to learn and work in a document capture software system. / liliAssist the department in meeting their defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). / liliStays current with departmental procedures and schedules. / liliDemonstrate adaptability and flexibility. / liliConsistently maintains a high level of confidentiality. / liliPerforms other tasks as assigned. / li / ulpstrongRequired Qualifications : / strong / pulliStrong clerical / data entry skills / liliStrong organizational skills / liliStrong communication skills / liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy / liliEffective verbal and written communication skills / liliDemonstrates an understanding of the importance of teamwork / liliSelf-motivated and has demonstrated initiative / liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office Products / liliKnowledge of document capture software; OnBase knowledge is a plus / liliHigh school diploma or GED / li / ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications : / strong / pulliSome physical effort (handling light materials and boxes up to 30 lbs.) / li / ulpStarting Rate : $39,131 / ppEligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave.
