Richstone is a family-owned stone fabrication company with a dedicated team of 25 professionals. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative with a strong close rate and a drive to succeed.
This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and financially driven, and who wants to play a key role in expanding our client base and market reach.
We operate out of a 25,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Chantilly, VA, and proudly serve both commercial and residential clients across VA, DC, MD, DE, PA, and WV.
Rockstar Sales
We’re looking for a competitive, ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where effort directly translates into rewards. You’ll work with clients from remodelers and contractors to commercial accounts, guiding them through selections, recommendations, and communication with our team to ensure seamless, profitable projects. This is primarily a hunter role, with 25–30% account management as your client list grows.
Future Outlook
Richstone is in growth mode. With our new facility and strategic investments, we’re positioned to win bigger accounts and expand rapidly. That means more opportunity, bigger deals, and uncapped commissions with unlimited earning potential through monthly commission and quarterly bonuses.
