A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst for a 6-month remote contract starting November 3rd, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through various communication channels
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary
Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
Understanding of Windows Operating systems and common web browsers
Experience using customer support tracking tools
Experience working with SQL Databases, XML, and scripting preferred
1-2 years in a customer support capacity is preferred
