Salon Manager

Great Clips is looking for a motivated, people-focused Salon Manager to lead our busy salon. If you’re a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching others, building a positive team culture, and running a successful salon—this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

● Lead, coach, and support a team of stylists

● Create schedules and manage daily salon operations

● Deliver excellent customer service and maintain Great Clips standards

● Hire, train, and develop stylists for long-term success

● Drive salon performance, productivity, and morale

What We’re Looking For

● Valid Cosmetology or Barber License

● Previous salon leadership or management experience preferred

● Strong communication and team-building skills

● Positive attitude and passion for developing others

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

●Guaranteed hourly pay + performance bonuses Wage scale between $25-$30 with pay

ranging from $40-$50 with tips
