Office Clerk - (Float)

Position Title : Office Clerk ( Float) - Full-time

(Must be able to travel to offices in a six-county area- Wayne, Lincoln, Mason, and Putnam and Cabell Counties in West Virginia and Lawrence County Ohio.)

Duties :

• The Office Clerk (Float) is responsible for general office and clerical functions as well as interacting with the public through phone and in-office contact at all Hospice of Huntington, Inc. satellite offices and other duties at the main office.
• This position will be scheduled at any of the Hospice of Huntington offices, as needed by her / his supervisor.
• The Office Clerk (Float) initiates the opening and closing of the office during business hours; turns off the answering service at the beginning of the business day and activates the answering service at the close of each business day; disseminates the mail; receives, logs in, and notifies staff of mail or packages received; maintains administrative files.
• This position will also be responsible for cleaning the satellite office from which he / she works.
• Traveling will also be necessary to meet the staffing needs of the six county areas in which we have offices.
• The Office Clerk (Float) will assist the Human Resources Department as assigned.
