Key Responsibilities :
Lead and develop a team of Implementation Managers and Technical Account Managers
Oversee new customer onboarding projects, ensuring successful and timely launches
Manage technical design and implementation of customer solutions, including integrations and data feeds
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or technical account management in a SaaS environment
2+ years of experience managing teams in customer onboarding or technical services
Experience with project management software such as Basecamp, Asana, or Jira
PMP certification or equivalent experience
Technical experience with integrations and API management
