We are seeking a proven sales leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth in enterprise and high‑performance storage. This individual will lead strategic customer engagements, own key enterprise accounts, and scale new business in demanding data‑intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings more than a decade of success selling advanced data storage technologies, with firsthand experience managing complex enterprise cycles across Fortune 500 and large global accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and account expansion across enterprise, cloud, and high‑performance computing customers.
- Develop and execute strategic territory / business plans to exceed quota performance.
- Build strong relationships with C‑level executives and technology leaders.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation and qualification to close.
- Partner with technical pre‑sales and solution architects to position differentiated value.
- Contribute to customer success by ensuring solutions meet both immediate and long‑term workload requirements.
Qualifications
10+ years of proven success in enterprise storage or cloud infrastructure sales.Consistent overachievement against quota in high‑growth, competitive environments.Deep domain expertise in high‑performance storage, scale‑out NAS, HPC, AI / ML data platforms, or cloud storage services.Prior experience at leading storage and cloud providers such as Avere, NetApp, Pure Storage, DDN, Vast Data, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with global enterprise accounts.Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.Salary Range for SVBA Applicants : [$200k - $300k OTE] (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
