Your Role
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to support the end-to-end logistics operations, focusing on Third-party logistics (3PL) management, stock governance, and logistics process optimization. You will collaborate with Headquarters (HQ) on tender management and negotiations, ensure alignment between accounting and physical stock, and drive continuous improvement of delivery and installation (D&I) services to maintain Technogym's brand standards. This role reports to the VP of Order Fulfillment and Logistics and works on-site at our Jersey City offices.
Your Impact
Manage 3PL relationships, including contracts, KPIs, monthly reviews, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) improvements, in line with Logistics HQ guidelines
Monitor local stock and rotation index, proactively coordinating with Order Fulfillment to resolve discrepancies or incorrect warehouse assignments (e.g., used equipment)
Ensure alignment between physical and accounting stock through variance analysis, periodic stock counts, and warehouse audits
Verify 3PL invoices and cost accounting, performing regular variance analyses
Conduct periodic audits of 3PL inventory-management capabilities and coordinate necessary training to maintain expected service levels
Track and follow up on 3PL improvement plans to address logistics-related issues
Manage core-offer stock and periodic updates based on HQ guidelines (where applicable)
Oversee customs and duties processes when relevant
Collaborate with Sales and 3PL vendors to provide timely D&I Spot Wuotes
Manage warehouse-to-warehouse stock-transfer costs
Maintain and enhance Logistics KPI reporting tools to identify improvement opportunities
Analyze cost trends to identify business drivers and recommend corrective actions
Lead cost-saving initiatives as project owner
About You
What you should bring:
3-5 years relevant experience
Proven experience in logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation cost management, and complex D&I provider (3PL) management.
Experience in managing 3PL relationships in terms of contracts, KPIs, monthly meeting reviews and SLA improvement
Strong communications skills, both in terms of building internal relationships with key Technogym teams and liaising with warehouse management and in/out logistics flow management
An in-depth understanding of and experience ERP systems, SAP preferred, and advanced proficiency in MS Office
Process oriented with strong analytical skills
Highly adept at problem solving and time management
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week

Base salary $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience
