Description
We are looking for a mental health counselor to join our team in the greater Boise area, with offices in Boise and Meridian. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining in-person and telehealth services. Our employees have the flexibility to choose their preferred balance between in-person and telehealth sessions, such as working 3 days in person and 2 days from home. Responsibilities include client scheduling, intake assessments, therapy sessions, and collaboration with a clinical supervisor. Our office handles initial screenings and then assigns clients to therapists based on their available office hours.

Responsibilities
Establish a connection and create a positive relationship with clients during intake sessionsParticipate in both individual and group supervision sessions, as well as attend clinical training sessions regularlyDevelop and execute personalized treatment plans for clientsEnsure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted within designated timelinesAim to maintain a caseload of at least 15 billable client hours per weekQualifications
Licensure eligible masters / doctoral degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, etc.)Preferably active license (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP, LMFT, etc.)Good judgementOpen to coaching / feedbackWillingness to learn new information and ways of conducting therapyInterest in learning attachment and somatic-based approaches to therapyCompetent or coachable with technology (e.g. Gmail and Simple Practice)
