NOW HIRING : Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician

Slidell, LA

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $23 – $25 / hour (Based on Experience)

Join a  well-established apartment community  in Slidell that values quality, reliability, and professional service. We’re looking for an experienced  HVAC Maintenance Technician  who’s ready to take ownership of day-to-day maintenance tasks and keep our property running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing :

Perform  routine property maintenance  and minor repairs

Troubleshoot, service, and repair  HVAC systems

Install and maintain  appliances

Assist with  painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry

Deliver prompt and professional service to residents

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in HVAC maintenance , appliance installation, painting, and sheetrock repair

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and efficiently

Own tools preferred (but not required)
