Job description$30k in initial RN degree assistance Weekend Differential Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am Weekend Option Days : WEO rates + weekend differential Weekend Option Nights : WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential : $8.00 LPN Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Education : Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Experience : Can be new or experienced LPN Certifications : LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year) Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Physical requirements / demands : Position requires individuals to push, pull, and / or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Reading and posting telemetry strips IV insertions Catheter, trach, and ostomy care Wound care Chest tube

Qualifications :
Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
Surgical Trauma "3A" is a 33-bed unit, fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit which focuses on adult post- operative and trauma patients. Nurse patient ratios are : Days 5 : 1, Nights 6 : 1. On our unit we offer you the opportunity to develop excellent critical thinking skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills including :
