Overview

As a Project Manager III in the Civil / Site Practice for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll manage project teams to design complex site layouts, erosion and sedimentation control and stormwater management controls, prepare utility and grading plans, and develop project details and specifications. You'll be directly responsible for :

Developing proposals and project budgets, managing the engineering staff, and performing quality control.

• Working with clients, contractors, and local / state government officials on all aspects of the project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction.
• Participating in internal and external client and professional development-based organizations, including actively participating in cub-comm
• Partnering with our management teams to mentor and assist in the professional development of the staff, including the performance of annual reviews and the establishment of development goals. Concurrently, our senior management teams will work with you to customize your individual career path through a variety of professional development and mentoring activities related to your project management, leadership, and business development skills.

Opened in 2022, CEC Martinsburg was born out of an opportunity to serve the City of Martinsburg and expands CEC's presence in West Virginia.
