Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) .

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Receivable : prepare monthly customer reports, process ACH payments, and follow up on past-due accounts
• Perform Accounts Payable tasks : verify invoices, gather approvals, and ensure timely payments
• Update financial records using accounting software
• Gather and input payroll-related expenses
• Provide general accounting and administrative support
• Assist in preparing reports for management, including analytical summaries
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
• Conduct research and gather background data for projects
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial documents
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and other leaders as needed
