We are looking for a Mitigation Crew Leader candidate for our Pasco-Hernando county Office who is responsible for leading / guiding a mitigation crew, scoping for residential and commercial losses, and professionally communicating with the customer.

The applicant will also be responsible for a company vehicle, mitigation equipment, program compliance checklists, initial customer contact, and assisting with the training of new technicians.

Qualifications :

• Ability to lift 75 lbs. frequently
• High School diploma
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have the ability to be on call and to work nights and weekends / overtime, as needed
• Desire to be part of a great team
• Write estimates (preferred)
