About The Position

Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Experience : Minimum years of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : Certifications as applicable

Must-Have :

• Covid test required 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior

Description :

Candidates must complete and attach a prescreen upon submission.

A resume and license verification must also be included.

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

A checklist for credentialing must be reviewed prior to submission, including verification of license, references (3), and criminal background checks.

A PPD or Quantiferon test or proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray is required.

Candidates will undergo a nationwide sex offender search and other background checks.

This position does not require holiday coverage.
