Responsibilities
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the direction of certified staffSupport students in both general and special education settings to improve behavior and social skillsCollect data on student behavior and progress toward goalsProvide one-on-one or small group support during instructional timeReinforce positive behavior strategies and use proactive de-escalation techniquesCollaborate with teachers and Behavior Specialists to adjust supports as neededAttend team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized behavior supportsSalary
Salary : $19 - $23 per hour
