Position Overview :

Activate Marketing Services, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced case manager to join our team. The case manager will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our marketing services.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, goals and satisfaction with our services
Develop and maintain individualized care plans for each client, outlining their specific marketing objectives and strategies
Collaborate with our marketing team to implement and execute marketing plans for assigned clients
Monitor and track the progress and success of marketing campaigns for clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for clients' businesses
Devise creative solutions to meet clients' unique marketing needs and challenges
Provide ongoing education and assistance to clients with regard to marketing strategies and best practices
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and share insights and recommendations with clients
Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote Activate Marketing Services and build relationships with potential clients
Compile and present reports to senior management on the performance of case management and client satisfaction

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

High level of organization and attention to detail

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Salary : $82,0000-$93,0000 per year
