What you'll be doing :
Encourage positive relationships and promote independence for those you serve.Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.Administer medications and monitor health needs.Prepare and support nutritious meals.Transport and assist individuals in community activities.Lead, mentor, and support team members on shift in coordination with the supervisor.Help with scheduling, training, compliance, and other administrative duties as needed.Assist with employee relations and special projects as assigned.Job Requirements :
Valid Michigan driver's license.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to pass applicable background checks.CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Basic computer skills.Education & Experience :
