Accounts Receivables
Join our team! Associa is currently looking for an Accounts Receivables to join our team in Longwood, FL. This is a full-time, hourly-paid position (40 hours / week) that comes with competitive compensation based on knowledge and experience, a full benefits package including medical, vision and dental programs, insurance options, paid time off, a 401k option, and much more.
Essential Job Functions :
- Manage Accounts Receivables processes for the branch of homeowner associations and condominium associations.
- Assisting with in office tasks such as processing checks, sorting, coding, and filling out AR income form.
- Reviewing and approving monthly financial statements for various clients as well as answering questions the Community Association Managers (LCAM's) or Board Members may have regarding financial statements.
- Review aging reports for each community, update collection statuses, notate accounts, follow action process and procedure.
- Reconcile accounts including, but not limited to, charge adjustments, foreclosure write-offs, and updating account records of foreclosure, judgement, consent order and bankruptcies.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to resolve account balance concerns.
- Conform with and abide by all company policies and procedures.
Requirements :
Desired Skills and Experience :
