About the Role :

We're seeking a talented Product Design Director to lead design work across our AI Cloud experiences, both IaaS and Managed AI Services. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and leverage your multidisciplinary skills to define and deliver delightful experiences and launch new products. Your team currently includes 4 designers. Join us and build something amazing.

What You'll Be Working On :

• Lead Product Design across the Crusoe Cloud portfolio, championing our users' needs
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions that meet user needs and support business goals
• Manage end-to-end design for features and new product launches
• Influence product strategy through research, storytelling, and design thinking
• Collaborate with product managers and go-to-market teams on feature requirements and user stories
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Communicate design ideas using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups
• Provide detailed design specifications for engineering teams
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in hiring and cultivating a design culture within the company
• Contribute to and utilize our design system

Compensation Range :

Up to $230,000 - $287,000 plus bonus and RSUs. Compensation depends on experience and internal considerations.
