Job Description : Desktop Computer Technician
Job Purpose : Provide technical support for desktop computer software programs, trouble shoot computer issues and deploy new computers to end users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Offer technical support and daily guidance to our end users
- Resolve technical problems for internal and external customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems with vendors and systems.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience / Education / Skills :
Minimum 4 years of related experience.Associate’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.Certifications such as A+, Net+, MCP, or CCNA preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 11.Technical skills desired : Microsoft AutoPilot, Microsoft Intune, Powershell, Dell Hardware Support, Bomgar, PatchMyPC, BeyondTrust.Experience with ticketing systems and asset management.Strong customer service skills.
