Job description

Job Description : Desktop Computer Technician

Job Purpose : Provide technical support for desktop computer software programs, trouble shoot computer issues and deploy new computers to end users.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Offer technical support and daily guidance to our end users
  • Resolve technical problems for internal and external customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems with vendors and systems.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Experience / Education / Skills :

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience.
  • Associate’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications such as A+, Net+, MCP, or CCNA preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 11.
  • Technical skills desired : Microsoft AutoPilot, Microsoft Intune, Powershell, Dell Hardware Support, Bomgar, PatchMyPC, BeyondTrust.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and asset management.
  • Strong customer service skills.
