Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Full-Time, 0.8 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI : Sign-On Bonus Available, $2,800

Community Care is hiring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants / CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities :

• Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
• Support the health of Community Care program members
• Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
• Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements :
• Education : High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience : Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.
