Registrar Position

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a Registrar for our Family Health Center. The Registrar will greet and register patients in a tactful and courteous manner. Verify all pertinent patient demographic and insurance information and ensure accurate documentation in patient records. Will be responsible for registering, scheduling, and additional reception duties at the front desk. Schedule and maintain daily appointments taking into consideration availability of resources and set up clinic for efficient management of appointment flow. Notify patients of financial obligations for outpatient services. Require coverage / rotating at other sites. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Schedule varies.

Education and Qualification Requirements :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
