Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager (Level M) to lead and grow an Air Dominance (AD) proprietary program based in Mesa, AZ. This position will report to the Proprietary Air Dominance Program Manager and will lead a multi-disciplinary, multi-site team of specialists from Air Dominance. This Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overall program management for a large proprietary program's statement work at the Advanced Composite Fabrication Center (ACFC). A successful candidate will have familiarity with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices, advanced composite fabrication, and advanced tactical aircraft technology. This position will lead teams of mid-level managers and employees in multiple locations across the United States. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities :
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
