We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Technical Services Analyst to work on-site with clients across multiple locations, including within and outside of Orange County. The ideal candidate will bring a proven foundation of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and strong technical problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Install, calibrate, and test IT equipment and peripherals
Monitor system operations to identify and resolve potential issues
Perform system and software integration as well as hardware troubleshooting
Support technical dress rehearsal efforts for IT projects
Conduct data analysis as required
Manage basic operating system functions (Windows 7 and above), including adding and removing users
Ensure optimal operation of technical equipment through monitoring and maintenance
Requirements
Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills
Hands-on technical aptitude with willingness to learn new technologies
Background in desktop support, including peripherals and related processes
Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
Understanding of network infrastructure and software applications is a plus
Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to travel within the United States for technical projects
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience with a B2B service provider
Relevant professional certifications (ITF+, A+, N+, S+ preferred)
