Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitionsMaintain HRIS and administrative systems with accuracy and confidentialityProvide support across HR functions including scheduling, documentation, and reportingAssist with employee relations, compliance, and internal communicationsServe as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies and proceduresSupport both office and production teams in a fast-paced environment of 500+ employeesWhat We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settingsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPointStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environmentSelf-starter with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach#ZRCFS
