SASH® Embedded Mental Health Clinician

Position
Position Title : SASH® Embedded Mental Health Clinician (SASH Clinician) is a key member of the SASH team, working collaboratively with the SASH Coordinator and Wellness Nurse (RN) at designated affordable housing sites. This role provides whole-person care coordination and emotional wellness support to individual participants and the broader SASH population (up to 100 participants per panel). Located on-site, the clinician delivers flexible, targeted interventions tailored to the unique needs of each community, with a focus on promoting mental health, housing stability, and social inclusion.

Note : As of January 1, 2016, Vermont regulation requires individuals on the Roster of Non-Licensed, Non-Certified Psychotherapists to actively pursue licensure and become fully licensed within five years of the roster issue date. This rule does not apply to First Call for Chittenden County.

This position is a temporary grant funded position. WCMHS has many full-time positions available should the grant funding not be renewed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS : This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $26.24 / hr. and excellent benefits, including tuition reimbursement / student loan assistance; generous paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; and a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer match.
