We bring personalized, adaptive workouts directly to clients homes and local sites, creating a safe, supportive space where women trainers can thrive as professionals and leaders.

We Provide :

  • Earn your worth : 25% above average PT pay. Top full time trainers earn $1,000 $1,250 weekly (2530 hours, plus commissions & bonuses)
  • Up to $50 per session , including base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses.
  • Flexibility that fits your life : Choose mornings, evenings, weekdays, or weekends.

    • Track to Master Personal Trainer

  • Track to Territory Manager / General Manager
  • Professional development : Paid team trainings, mentorship from Owners and a Master Trainer, certification renewal reimbursement, and opportunities to attend the annual GYMGUYZ conference.

  • National personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM).
  • A passion for helping people especially women and families live stronger, healthier, and more confident lives.
