About the Role :

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregiver to provide high-quality, personalized care for our clients. As an essential part of the care team, you will assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

Provide mobility support, including transfers and safe ambulation

Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring

Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs

Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying up)

Offer companionship and emotional support

Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social outings

Document and report changes in the client’s condition to supervisors or family members

Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies

Requirements :

Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role (minimum [X] years preferred)

Ability to handle physical aspects of caregiving (lifting, standing for extended periods)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and emergency response

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare or caregiving is a plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

CPR / First Aid certification (preferred or required)

Clear background check and references

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, mobility issues, adls, etc.]

Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)

Familiarity with assistive devices and medical equipment
