About the Role :

The Early Childhood Art Teacher will play a pivotal role in fostering creativity and artistic expression among young children at Playto. This position is dedicated to designing and implementing age-appropriate art curricula that encourage exploration, imagination, and fine motor skill development. Preference is for Clay or other Art Curriculum not typically included in early childhood programs. The teacher will create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel inspired to express themselves. Collaboration with parents and colleagues is essential to support each child's developmental milestones and to integrate art with broader educational goals. Ultimately, this role aims to cultivate a lifelong appreciation for the arts while supporting early childhood growth and learning.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Art Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children aged 0 to 5 years in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate art techniques preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
