Seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial construction to manage multiple projects, ensure quality standards, and deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Resolve conflicts and address project challenges proactively
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget parameters
