Job Description :

Admin support to Product Development team. Manage inventory and product master room, ship and receive samples, swatch and test formulas.

Qualifications : 2-4 years of experience in PD within color cosmetics realm

Ensure PD room is as tidy as possible at the end of each week

Assist PD Managers with product swatches and demos as needed

Handle general office tasks : shipping, filing, organizing, and ordering supplies

Track and organize all samples from vendor presentations
