Nurse Practice Manager
The Nurse Practice Manager maintains full accountability for leading and managing the human resources, clinical, financial, and administrative operations of an assigned practice in order to continuously improve the quality of patient care and create a healthy workplace for staff in collaboration with organizational leadership.

Monday - Friday | No Weekends or Major Holidays
8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Responsibilities :
Adjust staffing based on patient needs and clinical requirements.
Lead and support staff during transitions and change processes.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, staff, and senior management.
Commit to professional development to enhance practice quality.
Lead in budgeting, staffing, HR management, and safety reporting.
Collaborate with medical staff to monitor outcomes and implement improvements.
Promote patient-centered decisions and use best practices.
Minimum 5 years of Nursing experience required.
BSN or Bachelor's in related health care field required.
MSN or Masters in a health care field preferred.
Progressive leadership experience with relevant clinical experience preferred.
Prior management experience preferred.
Outpatient clinic experience preferred.
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and interact appropriately with the ages of the patients served by this department.
Must also demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patients status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his / her age-specific needs and to provide the care needs as described in the department policy and procedures.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances :
Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
