Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position will be part of the post-implementation team, supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas within the HR Technology group. The role involves working with all HCM modules, with a focus on Core, Payroll, and Compensation in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will work with both technical and non-technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Education : A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer / Management Information Systems, or a related field with 5 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience will be considered.

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of current Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Development experience, with a background in implementing and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM (Core, Payroll, and / or Compensation).

This role requires the ability and willingness to work flexible hours and be available for call-in and after-hours support as needed. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the , as visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. The position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following states : OH, WV, MD, NJ, or PA.
