Network Real Estate Specialist

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate pre-construction efforts for new build and modification programs

Oversee third-party vendors in due diligence, lease negotiations, and obtaining governmental approvals

Collaborate with internal teams and manage purchase orders while prioritizing multiple projects

Required Qualifications

Telecom / wireless experience with strong pre-construction project management skills

Experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors is preferred

Previous carrier experience, preferably with Verizon

Familiarity with the upper midwestern region

Experience with database tracking systems / tools, preferably FUZE
