As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll help manage biweekly payroll for employees across multiple states, ensure timesheets are accurate, and provide excellent support to team members and managers. Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator

Assist with biweekly payroll processing - exporting time data, reconciling reports, and ensuring payroll accuracy

Partner with HR and department leaders to resolve timekeeping discrepancies before each payroll run

Support employee inquiries regarding payroll, bonuses, and reimbursements with accuracy and professionalism

Maintain and update employee information in UKG HRIS, including direct deposits, tax settings, and GL cost centers

Conduct Excel-based reconciliations and help track key payroll metrics

Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding, ensuring payroll readiness and compliance

Support special projects and audits throughout the year

Payroll Coordinator Qualifications

2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting support

Familiarity with wage garnishments, deductions, and timekeeping systems

Intermediate Excel skills (basic functions required; pivot tables can be taught)

Excellent communication and follow-through - comfortable using Outlook, Teams, and email to collaborate

Desire to grow into a full-cycle Payroll Specialist role
