A company is looking for a Nurse Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage prescriptions for patients seeking obesity reversal in collaboration with medical providers

Educate patients about the treatment process and support their nutritional and behavioral journey

Collaborate with clinical and technology teams to develop and enhance the new service line

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience with diabetes or weight loss patients in a clinical setting

Active RN license with at least three years of clinical experience with type 2 diabetes patients

Experience with health coaching or motivational interviewing

At least one year of experience working with GLP-1 agonist patients

Associate or Bachelor's RN Nursing degree from an accredited institution
