A company is looking for a Denial Resolution Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities :
Completes actions for effective appeals, including authorization research and rebilling
Corresponds with third-party payers and hospital departments to gather information for denial resolution
Analyzes denial reasons and utilizes assigned work queues for follow-up on denials
Required Qualifications :
High School diploma
Previous Revenue Cycle knowledge in areas such as PFS, Customer Service, or Patient Access
Ability to perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
