What You'll Be Doing
Design and execute a strategy to increase our penetration with builders, panelizers, dealers and distributors in your region.
A laser focus on converting builders in your region.
Work with National Account group to expand our business with key builders, dealers and distributors in your region.
Manage a network of independent reps and company direct employees in your area. Align the goals for the region with your sales rep partners. Make sure that they are trained and have the right tools to be successful.
Set expectations with your direct reports.
Attend key industry events to promote Ox portfolio of products
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years sales experience in the building products industry
5+ years sales management experience in the building products industry
Experience with presenting to builders, architects, code officials and distributors / dealers
Excellent writing and communication skills
Must be a self-starter and creative problem solver, with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
A sense of humor.

High personal and professional integrity.
A willingness to travel as needed to perform your job at the highest level.
Travel is estimated at 60%.
