Responsibilities :

Perform Fixed Asset Accounting for Kautex Inc.Responsible for Government ReportingAssist in the month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processesAssist in the monthly consolidation of Kautex IncReconcile and analyze General Ledger AccountsBilling for Kautex Inc.Processing, Investigating A / P and A / R including Bad Debts

Team lead for complex A / P issues

Set up manual invoice (Tools, Development Services, Prototypes) as neededAccount ClearingEnsure compliance with the Textron and Kautex policies and procedures

Weekly KPI'sCBU Volumes update weeklyCash AppMonthly Volumes forecastAd hoc / projects

Qualifications

Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1 - 2 years of experience with Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing settingSAP R / 3 experience is a plusExperience with MS products, especially MS Excel
