Accounting / Finance Associate
We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Associate to join our team. This role involves processing payroll, managing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation of all financial records. Responsibilities include :
Process non-union hourly and salary pay for over 70 employees accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle credit and ACH transactions efficiently.
Balance books and perform journal entries.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and payroll records.
Process ACH transactions for payroll and vendor payments.
Assist with other month-end closing duties as needed.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Perform 3 Way Match.
Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee payroll information.
Assist with benefit enrollment for new employees and manage any claims that arise.
Essential Skills :
1+ years of bookkeeping and / or accounting experience, preferably with a warehousing / manufacturing background.
Experience with payroll processing and journal entries.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, particularly with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Experience with ERP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Degree preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.85 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
