Key Responsibilities :

• Develops overall architecture and implementation plans for orchestration, automation, and management of cloud resources in compliance with DoD standards.
• Create and manage CI / CD pipelines using GitLab CI and GitLab Runners or equivalent technologies
• Implement automated tests and build tools for modern programming
• Integrate package managers such as Maven, Gradle, PyPi, and npm
• Design and implement DevOps practices and platform engineering solutions
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Conduct cybersecurity vulnerability scanning using SAST and DAST tools
• Implement a risk management framework based on NIST guidelines
• Design and implement microservice architectures
• Integrate security into CI / CD pipelines using DevSecOps practices
