Business Development Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Leader to join our team and grow our business in the automotive sector. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with respective market customers within the automotive space, identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the automotive respective market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers and influencers at existing and potential OEM customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and generate leads and proposals for new programs and projects.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, and close deals in a timely and profitable manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, quality, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of products and services.
• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to support product development and innovation.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
