A company is looking for an EAP Work Life Customer Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates employee assistance and behavioral health benefits, providing timely support and information to members
Handles member inquiries, assesses needs, and documents interactions accurately in the EAP system
Ensures compliance with policies and maintains confidentiality of member information
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service and call center experience
1 year of experience in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work Monday to Friday from 12 : 30 pm EST to 8 : 30 pm EST
