Marketing Implementation Coordinator

EnergyHub is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help our Growth Marketing team meet revenue targets through customer acquisition and retention initiatives in owned channels. As an EnergyHub Marketing Coordinator you will drive success by planning building and deploying customer-facing initiatives across our website email and SMS channels. This role requires a strong detail-orientation a bias towards action and a penchant for problem-solving.

The ideal candidate has worked professionally for a digital-first company and has familiarity with basic marketing concepts but is also keen to learn skills. Experience with website or email channels as well as electric utilities or the energy technology industry is a plus.

Main Responsibilities : What youll do

• Be the Growth Marketing teams go-to marketing campaign builder while becoming an expert in EnergyHubs marketing tech stack
• Own marketing launch processes for all EnergyHub programs including maintaining content packages working with Client Success to gain approvals and building and launching campaigns
• Own the Growth Marketing teams request board by following up on marketing campaign requests from multiple stakeholders in a timely fashion
• Coordinate with external marketing vendors and freelancers to expand team capacity and capabilities
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption
• Keep strong internal and external documentation of marketing channel outputs and performance
• Other duties as assigned
