Summary
The Customer Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-touch implementation process. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase—coordinating internally across departments and externally with clients to ensure all systems, workflows, and communication pathways are successfully established and optimized for long-term success.
Job Functions
- Serve as the lead coordinator for new client implementations, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including credentialing, IT setup, and communication protocols.
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams (IT, Credentialing, Scheduling, Customer Success, and Ambassadors).
- Ensure all implementation activities align with Real Radiology’s operational standards and client expectations.
- Provide proactive updates, support, and issue resolution throughout the onboarding process.
- Conduct onboarding meetings, training sessions, and post-launch follow-ups with clients to ensure operational readiness and satisfaction.
- Create and maintain internal documentation for implementation processes, workflows, and client-specific requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improving the implementation process and overall client experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in client onboarding, project management, or healthcare implementation, preferably in a radiology or healthcare service setting.
