Jr & Sr Bilingual Real Estate Showing Assistant LICENSE REQUIRED / COMMISSION / per showing pay

We are a high-performing team in Taylorsville, UT, serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re seeking a Showing Agent to support sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and delivering high-quality customer service.

GOALS : Create / Convert / Close, approved buyers working at all times, showings per week to fully qualified buyers.

Compensation : 47,000

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  • Must be bilingual and available throughout the week, weekend, and evenings

Qualifications :

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • Bilingual
  • Available throughout the day, evening, and weekend
