Key Responsibilities
Provide information and support to referring physicians, consumers, and healthcare professionals
Coordinate scheduling of patient and physician appointments and referrals
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant experience
Ability to use a computer system for scheduling appointments
Excellent attendance record
