Comprehensive Stroke Center 24 / 7 Coverage Need IMLC Welcome

Opportunity Snapshot : A leading Comprehensive Stroke Center in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking an experienced Endovascular Surgeon to provide inpatient and procedural coverage. This is a high-acuity assignment in an acute care setting, offering flexibility to cover a few weeks per month, with the potential to split coverage between two providers.

Key Details :

Start Date : November 2, 2025

Coverage Schedule : A few weeks per month (flexible; can split between providers)

Setting : Acute Care / Inpatient / Interventional Neurology Lab / OR

Duties : Procedure documentation, operative and post-procedure notes

Reason for Coverage : Maintain 24 / 7 coverage requirements for Comprehensive Stroke Center designation

Support Staff :

Inpatient : APP available 24 / 7

Interventional Lab : RN and RT trained in endovascular neuro procedures

OR : Full OR team including RN and surgical techs

EMR : Epic

Required Procedures :

Endovascular Neuro Procedures

Thrombectomies

Aneurysm Repair

Requirements :

Board Certified - Required

Tennessee License or IMLC - Required

Clean Background - Required

BLS - Required (not for submission but must obtain during credentialing)
